Usually when police shut down a concert, it’s  because of some kind of trouble. But not in Drake‘s case, he just ran out of time!

The ‘Club Paradise’ tour made it’s stop in Irvine, California on Tuesday night. With such a big line up, Drizzy urged fans to arive to the venue early. With all the opening acts, that included 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, Waka Flocka Flame & J. Cole, Drake was unable to end his set by the 11:45pm cutoff time that was set. Though he wanted to make it through all his performance, the cops cut him off 3 songs early.

The interupption didn’t seem to phase Drake, who tweeted after the show “Police made me cut the show short but I love you all for rocking with me Irvine!”

Drake and the Club Paradise Tour will be making it’s way through Las Vegas this Friday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
