Bieber this, Bieber that. Justin Bieber is all over the news these days, whether it’s about his relationship with Selena Gomez or his recent speeding incident in L.A. But now, he’s in the news for being sued…..for something that was beyond his control: his screaming fans!

Stacy Wilson Betts of Oregon, took her daughter to see Justin live in concert back in July of 2010. While she complained of the live show already being extremely loud, the lawsuit stems for a point during the concert where Bieber positioned himself in a steel heart shaped ‘gondola’ that hovered over the crowd. Stacy’s suit claims the gondola served as a ’sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both ears.’

All the screaming girls combined with the loud music apparently gave Betts severe ‘tinnitus,’ a condition that produces a whooshing sound in the ear. She is asking for more than $9 million dollars in damages.
