Usher’s 11 year old stepson, Kile Glover, died early Saturday morning from heart failure after being taken off life support. Glover is the biological son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster.

Leading up to his death, Kile Glover had been declared brain dead after being hit by a jet ski during a 4th of July outing at Lake Lanier in Atlanta. The family struggled for the last couple weeks with the decision to take him off life support.

A family friend told CNN news, “We know God’s in control, and are leaning on our faith in Him and His word at this most difficult time”.
