This Thursday, Taylor Swift turns 23. In a career that has spanned a number of years you barely need two hands to count, Taylor has so far released a whopping 22 videos.
This week will mark her 23rd, and it will premiere on MTV on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 4:40pm ET.
The song for this video is “I Knew You Were Trouble,” from (of course) her new album Red.
December 13th is my 23rd birthday, and also the premiere of my 23rd video. How fun.

The “I Knew You Were Trouble” video stars Reeve Carney, who plays Peter Parker in the Broadway production of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.
The video is directed by Anthony Mandler, who’s created music videos for many top artists across the pop-rock spectrum, including Rihanna, Drake, Muse, Justin Bieber, John Mayer, and Lana Del Rey.

“As soon as I started writing this song, I knew it was different from anything else on the record, so I knew I wanted the video to be different from anything we’d done ever done,” Taylor told MTV. “I wanted to tell the story of a girl who falls into a world that’s too fast for her, and suffers the consequences.”
Red is available at all your favorite music outlets. Taylor is also gearing up for a major North American tour next year, with special guest Ed Sheeran.
